Currently we are only able to take online orders for bagged shipped within the United States. Returns/Refunds/Comments
If you need to return your Tucker Paisley for an exchange or refund, please refer to the packing slip in your package, which contains detailed instructions. You must pack the bag securely in the original package, and you must include your order number, billing name, and address. You must prepay your return shipping charges. Please return the bag to:

Be sure to retain the tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is delivered to us. All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes (when possible), and returned within 14 days of receipt to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this Return Policy.

Bags purchased through this website may not be returned or exchanged at retail locations that sell Tucker Paisley bags, and bags purchased at retail locations must be returned or exchanged at the specific retail location.
